If you place an order after 4:30pm it goes on next business day. Your first business day is not the following business day. If you place an order before 4:30pm it goes on that business days orders and your first business day is the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4:30pm through Monday at 4:30pm ALL go on Monday's orders and business day number one would be Tuesday and you would continue counting the business days until you reach the 5th business day to calculate your TAT. If a holiday falls during the week this is excluded from TAT as we utilize business days. Example of calculating TAT of 5 Business Days. If you place an order on Monday before 4:30pm your 5th business day is the following Monday by end of business day-this is when we would need to have your order out the door. If you place an order on Thursday at 7:00pm your 5th business day would fall on a Friday by end of business day. If you need additional assistance with calculating your TAT please let us know.
