Shipping policy

At checkout, you determine what shipping service you wish to use. We offer regular Shipping and We offer Priority shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping delays be carriers, we are not responsible for any packages lost by carriers and each package has standard up to 100.00 worth of insurance on that package. Customers can purchase additional shipping insurance through services such as route and others on there own. We strive to ensure that each customer gets the order in a timely manner however we are not responsible once the package leaves our facility and is with the shipping carrier. If you feel that your package is lost; you must contact us in writing, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
